The CTO oversees all technology infrastructure while reporting directly to the CEO. Carlos responsibilities included making it easy for clients to navigate through the HTX website, courses, and online store, as well as implement any new courses and future ideas. Carlos has a key role in the continued development of HTX online client experience.
